The SD-UFD680 is a portable industrial digital ultrasonic flaw detector for locating and sizing hidden cracks, voids, disbonds and similar discontinuities in welds, castings and forgings. It combines an ARM+FPGA core with a highly reliable multi-tasking system, a master–slave menu with shortcut keys and a rotary knob, and a 640×480 multi-colour TFT display with a fast 60 Hz refresh.

Waveforms and complete inspection reports can be saved as BMP screenshots or exported as PDF to a USB drive — including customised report content — for archiving, printing and sharing on a phone or PC.
