• Prices are quoted on request and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
• An order is binding only after we issue a written order confirmation.

4. Payment, Delivery and Risk

Payment terms, Incoterms, lead times and shipping arrangements are set out in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Risk passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.

5. Warranty

Our instruments are supplied with the warranty period stated in the order confirmation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or improper storage. Warranty service is provided by repair or replacement at our discretion.
