Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from China. Below is how instruments are packed, how they travel, how long production takes, and how payment is handled.

Packing

Each instrument is packed in its moulded instrument case, then in a carton with foam inserts, then in an export carton. For sea freight and multi-unit orders we use a plywood case. Lithium batteries inside the instruments are declared and packed according to air-freight rules, which is why some couriers require the battery declaration to be attached to the shipment.

Shipping methods

  • Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — door to door, typically 3–8 working days depending on destination. Best for samples and single units.
  • Air freight — airport to airport, cost-effective from roughly 20 kg upward.
  • Sea freight — for volume orders; transit time depends on the port pair.

We quote the method that matches your quantity and deadline rather than defaulting to the cheapest or the fastest.

Lead time

Standard models are dispatched within 5 working days. Portable Multi-function Brackets are dispatched within 10 working days.

The lead time runs from the later of two events: receipt of the deposit, or confirmation of the order together with its technical details. “Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.

Orders that involve custom configuration, firmware, housing or branding are scheduled separately, because tooling and approval steps depend on the specification. For these orders, and for quantities well above our standard batch size, the confirmed lead time is stated in the proforma invoice before the order is placed.

Payment terms

We work on a deposit-and-balance basis: production starts once the deposit is received, and the balance is settled before shipment. This keeps the transaction simple and secure for both sides — we do not ship on credit.

Deposit and balance

  • Standard models: 30% deposit, 70% balance payable before shipment.
  • Custom orders (custom configuration, firmware, housing or branding): 50% deposit, 50% balance payable before shipment.
  • The final deposit percentage is agreed before the contract is signed and is stated in the proforma invoice.
  • The balance must be settled in full before dispatch. Documents and shipping instructions are released once the payment is confirmed.

Accepted payment methods

WorldFirstWorldFirst
PayoneerPayoneer
AlipayAlipay

Bank transfer (T/T) in USD or EUR to our corporate account. Full beneficiary details — bank, account number and SWIFT — are provided on the proforma invoice.

Letter of credit

For larger orders we accept a documentary letter of credit, subject to bank approval. The L/C terms, the issuing bank and any confirmation arrangements are agreed at contract stage. Where an L/C is used, payment follows the L/C terms and the deposit-and-balance structure above does not apply.

Methods we do not accept

Documentary collection (D/P, D/A), cash on delivery, and open-account or credit terms.

Bank charges

Charges levied by the remitting bank and by any intermediary bank are for the buyer’s account; charges levied by our bank are for ours.

Documents in the box

  • Commercial invoice and packing list;
  • CE declaration of conformity (where applicable);
  • Factory test record and reference-block calibration certificate;
  • User manual in English (other languages on request for OEM orders).

Tracking and after-sales

Tracking numbers are sent as soon as the shipment leaves. If a unit arrives damaged, photograph the carton and the instrument before opening further and contact us within 48 hours — we will handle the claim with the carrier and arrange replacement of the affected part.
